Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or restocks, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped.

Warm Weather Notice

Our products are made with natural oils and butters, which means they may soften or melt in warm weather. Please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives. We can’t offer refunds for heat-related melting.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our hands. If your package is marked “Delivered” but missing, please reach out to the carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We’re not able to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photo proof. We’ll review your claim and make it right when applicable.
